Terms and Conditions
*Please ensure to read the terms and conditions thoroughly to prevent any future misunderstandings or disputes.
1. Vendor Placement
Completion of this form does not ensure vendor placement, particularly for last-minute submissions. Perth FTC is not obligated to accommodate every request; all bookings are contingent on vendor interest and availability.
2. Processing Time
Requests are processed within 2–3 business days. No administrative services are available on weekends.
3. Liability Disclaimer
Perth FTC WA accepts no responsibility for any losses arising from vendor or event cancellations, promotional challenges, regulatory changes, COVID-19 restrictions, or adverse weather conditions.
4. Minimum Order Sale (MOS) & Call-Out Fees
Each vendor may have specific Minimum Order Sale (MOS) requirements. If the MOS is not met, a $300 call-out fee will apply. It is recommended to confirm these terms with the vendor or Perth FTC before finalising any booking.
5. Exclusive Request
To ensure clarity and avoid any misunderstandings, overbooking, or conflicts between organisers and vendors, Food Trucks Community Perth will only respond and accept solely to exclusive booking requests.
For ticketed events, organisers must provide proof of ticket sales or attendance numbers upon request.
6. Cancellation Policy
Requests may be cancelled or declined under the following circumstances:

No response is received within three business days

No reply after three contact attempts

The request is deemed to be dishonest, unreasonable, or fraudulent

The request has been submitted to multiple organisers or made public

The request involves banned vendors or organisers
7. No Direct Contact Requests
Perth FTC WA does not accommodate direct contact requests. The vendor list is strictly for internal coordination and is not available for public distribution or access.
